AGE Database Introduction
Welcome to our AGE database
To stimulate a more factual discussion about the occurence and the daily uptake of advanced glycation endproducts (AGEs) we are collecting data from chemical analysis of food, which are result of selective analytical methods for individual reaction products. Our aim is to provide a solid base of analytical data.
